Vodafone India wanted us to help craft an identity that is truly Indian. Our strategy lay in creating a theme — ‘Made for India’ — that truly represents its strong connection with the nation. We highlighted how the brand comprehends the country’s complex social milieu and its diversity,  offering affordable and innovative services that address the needs of its customers. The end result was a report that helped revamp the company’s image and helped it counter stiff competition from other players whose corporate personality was decisively known to be more Indian.
